I love making my own Asian style dishes at home and these delicious, versatile, pan fried noodles, including cream fromes, sweet and sour chicken.

I still order a noodle dish when I visit my restaurant in China. These pan fried noodles are one of my favorites and can be made at home so easily! You only need fresh noodles, a range of vegetables and a handful of Sauce ingredients.

How do you make pan fried noodles?

Delicious fried noodles can be made in a oven, cooking a few shredded carrots, white onions and garlic in an oven. The next move is to add the noodles to the pot, to be cooked and browned and crispy in a little oil. Before that, you will make a little Sauce by whisking soy, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and maize starch together. In a breadcrumb, add the sauce, noodles, and veggies and serve the meal.

Tips for pan fried noodles

Save yourself time and trouble by using cold, not boiled noodles that are already cooked. In the cooled region of the food section most foodstuffs sell Asian-style noodles. You can buy a broad selection of noodles if you have an Asian supermarket.

To save on time I've been using a bag of pre-shredded carrots.

The Sauce can be mixed up to one day before your noodles are made. Until putting a Sauce in the pan, give it a quick whisk.

Which noodles are best for stir fry?

I prefer stir-fry thin noodles, prefer Japanese noodles such as yakisoba or thin chinese Egg noodles such as noodles from Hong Kong or chow meine noodles. You want a thin noodle that fits well with vegetables and absorbs the flavors of Sauce in its mild flavour. Thin noodles are easy to pinch in a pot to produce a pleasant texture for your plate. Yakisoba noodles are also sold in most of the biggest grocery stores and should be easy to find. You can also use a thicker noodle, like Shanghai noodles, if you prefer. Is it not possible to find new noodles? Please look for a dried noodle and cook the noodles before you obey the instructions.

Pan fried noodle variations

Such exquisite noodles can be filled with meats, other vegetables, or sauces.

  • Protein : These noodyas go well with chicken, beef and pork. To keep this vegetarian dish, you may add cubic tofu or chopped egg.
  • Vegetables : Feel free to make veggies updated by adding broccoli, bok choy, snow peas, baby maize or any other vegetables.
  • Sauce : You can add ginger, chili Sauce or oyster Sauce to the sauce, depending on whether or not you prefer spice noodles or nodles with a sweet savory fragrance.
