Ingredients / for 4 persons :
- 1/2 black radish
- 80 g smoked salmon
- 1 good tablespoon of low-fat crème fraîche
- 2 pinches of caraway or cumin seeds
- Chop the salmon, stir in the cream.
- 2 Peel the black radish and cut into slices. Spread the salmon with the cream.
- To finish
- Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
