We have been won over by this recipe. This was inspired when the cousin Vicky of my husband posted a Facebook video for a sandwich breakfast. We knew it wanted to be discussed with you since our release was four days in a row.

There is a children's snack as well. The sandwich is often demanded by our son.

Ingredients for 1 Breakfast Sandwich :

  • 1 english muffin, cut in half
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2-4   slices of ham (we ❤️ black forest but any kind will do)
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded cheese (we used Mexican cheese)
  • 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Tip: Towel the English toaster with a sandwig and sauté two sets of Eggs into the pan for two sandwiches at a time.
