We love Chicken quesadillas at our house, one thing is for sure. We are still on our recipes and they're enjoyed by the entire family. I love them, of course, not only because they taste wonderful, but also because they're so easy to make. In a matter of a few minutes, I can throw them together, and they're perfect.

Occasionally we visit a fast-food restaurant and I have to admit that I prefer home-made quesadillas every day. The fast foods are fine, and clearly you have little effort to produce, but they lack flavor. They are fine. Besides, who knows what ingredients are not right for you in them. It's nice to feed your family with these Chicken quesadillas.

What You Need To Make Chicken Quesadillas

Brasts of the chicken: Chop the Chicken in pieces in bite size. That makes cooking much faster and gives the quesadillas a great texture.

  • Oil: Coconut, avocado, vegetable oil, or anything you like can be used.
  • Diced pepper bell: Any color you want can be used. Sweeter than orange, red peppers appear to be. If you want, try a variety.
  • Diced Onion : I love to give home-made quesadillas the added flavor onions.
  • Jalapeno: If you like, you can omit the jalapeno but we like some heat in ourselves. Take it up and toss it if you want it to be spicy.
  • Garlic: Thin the garlic and add to the quesadillas of the chicken. I love the smoothness it brings and you will, I believe.
  • Taco seasoning: tons of flavor from taco seasoning are produced in the easy quesadillas.
  • Shredded cheese: use your favorite melted cheese and it's going to be fine. We like cheddar, but everything works.
  • Tortillas of medium flour: The origin of the quesadillas uses a tortilla of wheat. When you bite into it, they cook well and give you a strong snap.

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound Chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup diced Onion
  • 1 medium jalapeno, diced (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded melting cheese
  • 4 medium flour tortillas

Instructions :

  • Cut bits into small pieces of Chicken breasts. In a large heavy duty bowl, heat oil over medium-high flame. Fill in the pan with the Chicken breasts and taco. Sprinkle the bell pepper, the onion, and the garlic for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle for another 5 minutes. Retire and put aside the mixture from the pot.
  • Put 1⁄2 teaspoon oil and a tortilla into the same dish, cover with a handful of crushed cheese and 1/4 of the Chicken blend, and then put more sauce. Fold the tortilla to golden and crispy on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas and remove from the oven.
  • Serve: Slice half to third tortillas and serve with chili, salsa, guacamole or your favorite chili.

Notes :

Optional : Apart from adding a 2nd handful of cheese, add a few sections of avocado to tortilla.
