Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white Sugar
  • 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

Directions :

  • In a tub, mix in Eggs cream-butter, peanut-butter and sugars.
  • Sift the food, baking powder , baking soda and salt in a separate bowl; pour in the butter mix. Place 1 hour of the dough in the fridge.
  • Place the ball in 1 inch dough and breadcrumbs. Flatten each ball and make a cross pattern with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes or until Cookies start Browning in a preheated 375 degree F oven.
