Method :
- In a blender, combine the oats, cottage cheese, 2 eggs, and baking powder and blitz until smooth with a teaspoon of sea salt, adding a splash of water to loosen if it's too thick.
- Heat a little splash of oil or a small knob of butter in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the batter in the pan, a large spoonful at a time (you may need to do this in batches) for 2 minutes, or until golden, flipping halfway through.
- If desired, top with sliced avocado, a fried egg, and chilli sauce, or a combination of your favorite toppings.
