- 4 frozen low-fat multigrain waffles
- 1/2 cup almond butter or creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups strawberry yogurt
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Toasted chopped almonds, optional
- Maple syrup, optional
Toast waffles in the instructions of the box. Spread 2 tablespoons of almond butter into every waffle. Cut waffles into bits in bite size.
Layer in four perfect glasses half milk, bananas, strawberries and waffles. Over and over again layers. If you choose, add toast and maple syrup. If needed. Serve straight away.
