How to Make Meal-Prep Shrimp Taco Bowls Recipe

Meal-ups change and enhance every week, and I can't picture a better lunch than the spicy taco bowls for shrimp.

The bowls indoors are better and more nutritious. Shrimp is one of the best products in the world! In addition to the protein, shrimps come with antimycotic chemical, vitamin D and B3 and also are a heavily carbonated snack that can help you get away from your appetite and lose weight.

When meals are cooked, I prefer to use brown rice. It provides you with a very consistent fiber dosage and a continuous guided release of energy for you all day long.

I used black breasts, peas, cheese and tomatoes on the sides. If you wish to take the extra step, after heating the shrimp, add chopped spinach, brown sugar, salsa and guacamole.

Ingredients :

  • Spicy Shrimp:
  • 20 medium Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • For the assembly:
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro minced
  • 1 lime cut into 4 slices
  • 4 Meal Prep containers
  • Instructions :

    • Cooking Shrimp : whisk the butter, garlic, cumin, ground chili and Onion and salt together in a medium cup. Fill in the Shrimp with the mask. Cover for a minimum of 10 minutes or up to 24 hours and cool. Two minutes on high fire, fire a big heavy duty or cast iron bowl. Add Shrimp and olive oil. Cook Shrimp in a medium-high heat dish, about 5 minutes until pink and fried.
    • Divide the brown rice into 4 containers for the preparation of meals (each 1/2 task). Top with 5 shrimp, a black boar shovel, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, coriander and a bit of lime. Top with five shrimps. Protect and cool for up to 4 days.
    • Serve: 2 minutes of heating in the microwave or until completely cooked. Cover with salsa, sour cream or gucamole if necessary, then add lime juice to the mixture.

    Notes :

    • Cook the brown rice according to the instructions in the pack until the Shrimp begins to cook.
