Immune Boosting Turmeric Tea

This tea Ginger and turmeric is the perfect way to remain healthy during the cold winter months and to help fight cold or gastrointestinal conditions.

This recipe with main ingredient is super easy

I make this immune tea and turmeric for years, and I sincerely believe that it helps me retain Dessi and I'm safe through the whole winter. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and antifungal, which not only enhances the immune system but also lymphatic drainage.

I really do drink this peaty tea every day, ideally with an empty stomach if you are cold or grip or want to stay healthy this cold weather season. It works best with new turmeric root that can always be found in Whole Foods or simply calling to various markets.

How To Make Turmeric Tea

Apply 5 cups of water in a pot along with fine chunks of fresh Ginger and turmeric to make your turmeric resistant tea. Use the powder form when you are unable to find fresh turmeric. It's better to grate the turmeric thoroughly if you don't mind getting your fingers and cutting boards soiling.

You need to apply a fresh black pepper crack to your pot and trigger the turmeric. Attach the peel of a limon, peel off a small pinch of cayenne and the white bitter portion. I like to say that your body's cayenne is burning demons!

Bring the water to a bare frost and reduce it to the lowest possible heat on your burner immediately. You will consume some nutrients when you boil this tea. Cook 7 minutes of tea, turn off the gas, add 1 Lemon juice and 1 teaspoon virgin Cocoa oil. Your body can use avocada or grass butter, but, if you want, the fat can help absorb the turmeric. After three minutes the tea has cooled, add a cup and use the raw Honey to taste.
