Instant Pot Sunday Sauce

You're free for your Sundays! Don't lie on the fireplace for Sunday dinner. This Sauce is packed of Beef, meatballs and beef, which would certainly be a family custom that will not require you to rest which appreciate Sunday Funday. Sunday Funday.

Ingredients :


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 bone-in beef short ribs (about 2 pounds)  
  • 2 country style Beef ribs (about 1 pound)  
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped  
  • 1/2 cup Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • One 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes  
  • 4 links sweet or hot Italian sausages
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional


  • 1 pound ground beef sirloin
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs  
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley  
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Serving suggestions: pasta or polenta

Directions :

  • Special equipment: a 6- or 8- quart Instant Pot® multi-cooker    
  • For sauce: transfer the oil to the Instant Bowl ® 6-quarter bowl and spray (see Cook's Note). Bring up the short ribs and tan. Move to a pot, then add the ribs of Beef, then gray. Move to board. Switch to wall. Add Onion and garlic and simmer until it's golden and garlic is crispy, stirring frequently, around 5 minutes. Stirring sometimes. Attach the paste of Tomato then blend tightly to cover both onions. Pour in the wine and brush the bottom of the bowl with browned pieces. Bring to a boil and require to cook for around 2 minutes until halved.
  • Add tomatoes then, if necessary, add the meat, Beef, saucers, 1 tablespoon of oil, a few black pepper grinds and a teaspoon of seasoning.
  • Follow the instructions from the manufacturer to lock the cloth and prepare the cook. Click the cook for 50 minutes at manual height.
  • Combine sirloin, parmesan, breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, bacon, a little bit of salt and a few pickled pepper, and blend well with a wooden spoon for meatballs. Meat balls: Form into balls in 1- to 2-inch.
  • Follow the manufacturer's guidance for rapid release after finishing the pressure cook process and wait until the rapid release period is completed. Steps will be taken to eliminate any residual steam.
  • Take the meat, swine and sausage gently down. Skim the Sauce and remove any extra fat. Remove some bones and extra fat from the meat until it is sufficiently healthy to treat. Cut into little bits the beef and bacon. Add the beef to the bowl with the meatballs. Sift the bowl and simmer for 5 minutes manually.
  • Follow the manufacturer's guidance to quick release after the pressure cook process is full and wait for the easy release stage. Carefully unlock and uninstall any leftover Windows. Salt and pepper season. Season. Pasta or polenta to be eaten.
