How To Make Keto Breakfast Scramble

The first step is to produce the mini turkey meatballs to make this easy to use breakfast recipe. Season with dried oregano, cayenne, salt , pepper and shape into little meatballs. They won't cook through if you make the meatballs too big. In a preheated non-sticks pot , add the meatballs and cook them for around 8 minutes with a few slices of avocado oil. until crusty on all sides.

Meanwhile, stir in as much water as possible from the thawed coliflower rice to make the Low Carb coliflower rice hash. Add coliflower rice with a shot of oil to a preheat non-stick pot and cooking until it is golden and crusty. For optimum browning, you want to cut the riced coolifflower into one single sheet.

In the same pot you've made the meatballs, sprinkle the courgettes, green peppers and red onions for approximately 8 minutes. Then for the last few minutes add the baby spinach so that it can turn. Make sure it's all well seasoned because you will need additional salt. Top the veggies with the meatballs and fried Eggs on the hair of the Keto coliflower.

How To Fry The Perfect Egg

With its golden, crusty base and light, running yolks on top, this technique makes the perfect fried egg. I believe firmly in using Eggs of the best quality possible, meaning the purchase of organic or non-GMO grazing eggs. They are currently available in most supermarkets, and the taste and nutritional profile are much better than conventional eggs.

Preheat an 8-inch non-adhesive bowl with sufficient avocado oil or ghee over medium to high heat to cover the bottom of the bowl. But that's only way to fry the Egg correctly. I know it looks like a lot of oil. After 2-3 minutes of preheating, add two Eggs to the bowl, then pinch on some salt and a crack of pepper immediately. I like to spread the Eggs to make sure that no Egg shells are in the pan to be safe.

Tilt the pan a bit, use a spoon to pour some heated oil around the Egg white close by the yolk and then fry for two to three minutes, then once the Egg whites are ad golden brown. This guarantees that the whites are baked, but the beautiful yolk is fluffy. Put a non-bonded spatula on top of the breakfast scramble to carefully remove the Eggs from the pot.
