The almond meal Biscuits make this cute and nutritious sandwich the ultimate Low-carb bun (or English muffin). Bear in mind the cooked Eggs will only last 3 days in the fridge and freeze and double the McMuffin sausage.

I wanted to use ground Chicken thighs to make the perfect McDonald sausage sandwich McMuffin to make the sausage patties. You can even cook your own breakfast pork with fennel, chili and cumin, but I wanted to mix it so I opted to wear the pre-made sausages from Trader Joe's. You should really use my breakfast sandwich here for Starbuck. I made my own pork spice combination.

You need cheddar from the top of your breakfast meal, but I can't bear cheese that won't crumble all the way around. You need to have cheddar from all over. Make sure you follow my video directions and recipes to add an ice cube to the bowl and close the cloth – steam helps to uniformly melt the cheese. The sausage can be cooked with 5 portions of the sausage and stored in the fridge for 5 days or freezing 2-3 months.

How Do I Make Chicken Sausage

From any ground meat you can make sausage. You also need to make sure that you use ingredients typical of sausages such as fennel, cumin, garlic , Onion and red potatoes. You will make sausages from soil Chicken , turkey, beef , lamb and swine if you're using these spices.

How Do I Meal Prep For Breakfast

Keep in mind, cooked Eggs can last just 3 days in the fridge, and you can either freeze or make more cooked Eggs on day 3 if you prepare for breakfast. The Biscuits with almond meal, Chicken sausage and chia seed pudding last 5 days in the refrigerator, so you can prepare once by freezing some Eggs and have five breakfast meals. In a 350 degree F-oven for 7-10 minutes, the easiest method of reheating the sandwiches is to microwave them quickly and guarantee they are not overheated.

Ingredients :

For the chia pudding:

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • Stevia drops to taste
  • 1 teaspoon no Sugar vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • Tiny pinch of salt

For the sandwich:

  • 3 Chicken sausage links about 3.5 ounces each
  • 5 Eggs
  • ¼ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Avocado or grapeseed oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper

For the biscuits:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon each garlic & Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions :

  • Cook's notes: the chia pudding is adequate for five servings, but the sandwiches are adequate for just 3 portions, since cooked Eggs last for three days in the fridge. You will produce more Eggs later in the week and freeze them and double the portion of the chicken.
  • You just need 6 sandwiches for the biscuit recipe, while the other 2 will have your lunch.
  • The pudding with chia seed has to stay in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Cooking starts: Combine all but the seeds of chia in a pot and whisk well to produce Chia pudding. Sample the liquid and apply appropriate stevia fall. Add chia seeds and whisk really good, mildly at a time. Sheets of paper or tin foil in a box and fills a 1/2 cup of dough with around 80% of the cup. Place your hands on the sheeting plate to shape the biscuit to 2.5 inches in diameter. You want to stretch all the Cookies to the same size, when baking. They are scattered. Crack over the top of the Biscuits and bake until golden brown for 15-16 minutes. Take away, and make to fully cool. Recipe produces 8 cookies.
  • Split 5 Eggs into a big bowl and whisk vigorously until they're bright and airy for 30 seconds to make the Eggs on top of the sandwich. Add 1⁄4 teaspoon of casserole seasoning, a pair of pepper cracks and whisk again. Preheat an 8-9 "non-stick pot with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat and apply the Egg mixture. Taking the pan to the oven and cook for 7-8 minutes, after 3-5 Minutes, until the Eggs start settling slowly, or until the center of the Eggs is formed. Take off the oven and move the whole Egg disk to the plate or cutting surface by using a spatula. To cut circles that fit the size of the kitchen, use a drinking glass or a ring mold to set aside.
  • Take out one of the Chicken sausages (about 3.5 ounces) to make it somewhat larger in patty than the biscuit. I prefer to cover a broad mayo or peanut butter lid with a plastic wrap to make even patts to force the sausage into the mold. Then gather the sheets of plastic and finish the patty. Preheat 2 minutes, with 2 tea cubs of oil, a saucepan (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat. Attach the pasties and cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip, then minimize the heat to mild before a pleasant brown crust develops. Place 2 ice cubes in the pot and place the lid in the pot or cover with a sheet of tray instantly. Add equal amount of cheese on top of each patty. The ice helps to smooth the cheese out. Cook the Chicken patties for an extra 3 minutes.
  • Place the sandwich on the flat side of a cookie, cover with an Egg disk and another Cookie for the top bun. Good luck! The chia seed pudding is 5-7 days long and can not be cooked in the refrigerator. Hold the Cookies in the refrigerator in an airtight jar. The saucers last 5 days in the refrigerator and the Eggs last just 3 days. Both can be frozen for two to three months. Reheat the sausage patty for about 10 minutes in a 400F oven or placed a towel on a jar by adding a wet paper and microwave it again.
