Ingredients :

  • 2 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp chili-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy Sauce
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked cauliflower rice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions :

  • Heat 1 dc of sesame oil on medium-high heat in a large saucepan. Cook the beef until browned and crumble. Ginger, chili-garlic, Brown Sugar and soy sauce, blend together. Cook for about 2 minutes until warm. Download 1-cup meal prepar container portion. Attach half the olive oignons to the garnish.
  • Throw 1 sbsp sesame oil and sésame seed cucumber into a small dish. To taste Sauce and pepper. Transfer to the second meal prepar container 1-cup section.
  • Toss kimchi, cool rice and 1/2 cup of green oignons together in a big pot. Spoon the meal prepar jar in 2-cup portion.
