Sweet and silky with bacon, salsa or avocado cooked on the cake flour tortillas. A quick and simple weekend paleo breakfast recipe.
This is Paleo, Super Simple, Veggie, with the main beef ingredient
Many of you see Dessi and these breakfast tacos I eat during the weekend on my Instagram posts, so I decided to share a video and blog post. These tacos for breakfast are so easy to prepare and full of palaeo goodness. The key is to use grain free (I love cassava flour from Sieter) and top quality bacon (from Thrive Market) and really good organic pasture.

How To Make Breakfast Tacos
Some of the best things about the paleo taco is an extremely easy meal, which is perfect because my brain doesn't function properly on weekends! Start cooking 4-6 pieces in a 400 degrees F oven and raise bacon for 15 minutes in high quality pasture. When you cook bacon, it cooks evenly on a plate and does no more splatter than in the pot.
When bacon is fried, by following my time-testing techniques, you can produce the best scrambled in your life. In a non-stick pot you will cook the slowly and low and mix them with a rubber spatula all the time. Watch the video, but it all involves forming tiny curds of eggs, which result in a smooth, silky chopped egg. At the end of the cooking procedure, ensure that salt is made grainy with the texture. For the to come together and look good it takes between 5-6 minutes.
The remaining breakfast tacos ingredients are simple , especially when you use my favorite salsa shop. The Frontera double-smoked salsa is the best ingredient of outstanding classics! Gather the eggs, bacon, salsa, avocado, cilantro and lime juice into tacos. Good luck!
What Are The Best Paleo Tortillas?
The best shop I've tried is by far Siete brand, the paleo tortillas. They have several choices, but tortillas of cassava flour taste and feel like the real deal! Before assembling your tacos, make sure to steam them over medium heat in a cast iron pot for 30-60 seconds per hand.
