Ingredients :

  • 4 medium chicken breasts (pounded thin)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (or taco seasoning)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (or lime)
  • 4 cups sweet potatoes (diced)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • Instructions :

    • Oven to 425F preheat. Line a baker's sheet and put it aside with foil or paper.
    • On the baking sheet, put diced sweet potatoes, dry them with a light layer of oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Fifteen minutes Cook. Cook.
