A rich and savory soup that can be made quickly and easily. and basil are melted with the smoky spice and the kick-off of the gritty mix of the tabasco sauce. Also an excellent base for vegetable soups or for appetizers.
Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes (such as Hunt's®)
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can broth
- 1 cup and clam juice cocktail
- 3/4 cup bottled bloody mary mix (such as Zing Zang®)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 dashes chipotle-flavored hot (such as Tabasco® Chipotle Pepper Sauce), or more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup half-and-half
Directions :
- Cook and add garlic until slightly browned, around 5 minutes, heat olive oil in a two-quarter cakes. Increasing heat to medium, add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Cocktail, bluish mary, basil, secret powder, garlic salt and black pepper, combine the bread and with clam juice. Cover partially with lid and cook for about 20 minutes until popular. Reduce heat to low and add half; add approximately 5 minutes until heated.
