Starbuck's breakfast sandwiches have me outside the shop, and that's not just their signature coffee. Three days in advance you should make your Starbucks breakfast sandwiches. You can always double the recipe if you want to make more portions. But after three days, I would recommend that you freeze it.

I start making my Chicken saucers a burger patty for this breakfast sandwich. You will have to remove the sausage package, rework it and cut it into a patty burger.

  • 5 Eggs
  • ½ cup of shredded gruyere or swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Couple cracks of fresh black pepper
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • Non-stick spray

For the breakfast sandwich :

  • 3 links of raw Chicken sausage 12 ounces total
  • 5 Eggs
  • ¼ cup low fat grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 english muffins
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • Veggie oil

For the Egg white wrap :

  • 6 Egg whites
  • 4 ounces of baby spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 plum or roma Tomato
  • Sugar
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • 3 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions :

  • Notes from Cook: Recipe makes 6 pancakes of egg, 3 wraps of Egg and 3 wraps of white egg.
  • Cooked Eggs will last only for three days in the refrigerator, so I prepare this meal for three days. Double the recipe and search for storage directions at the end of the recipes if you plan to freeze.
  • Make the bacon for the Egg bites in advance or you can buy and chop pre-made bacon.
  • In most grocery stores, you can buy raw Chicken sausages. You would probably purchase them in boxes and only remove the box when you are ready to prepare.
  • You can buy sun-dried tomatoes and put them on a wrap if you don't feel like spending the time roasting the tomatoes.
  • Cooking Start: Preheat oven to 300 ° F and put a breadcrumb filled with 1 inch of water on the ground rack for the sub-vide Egg bites.   • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F for the Egg white wraps. Cut the Tomato in 1⁄4 large chunks and put on a plate tray. Rinse on both sides with a pinch of olive oil, salt , pepper, and sugar. Cook in the oven until shrunk and smooth for 40 minutes. Remove, chop and place aside from the oven. Preheat a wide saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Take the pan off the heat and apply a little more than a half teaspoon of salt with a few splits of pepper. Delete and reserve.
  • Place 1/3 of the white Egg into the tortilla, top with some spinach, sliced tomatoes and a few cubes of feta cheese to assemble the wrap. See the video below to see just like Starbucks, how I wrap the tortilla. The rest of 2 tortillas repeat this process. Pre-heat a large non-adhesive bowl over medium-high heat. Spray the bowl in a non-adhesive spray or add veggie oil in a teacup. Place the sides of the wraps seam down and simmer for 5 minutes or flip and repeat, good golden brown.
  • Leave Egg bites in the microwave or oven until they're ready to eat, or eat cold, for 3 days, until storage in the fridge. Taste the English silver muffin just before consuming it, then bring the Eggs and the sandwich together with the sausage patty. Just place the wrap together in the microwave or in the oven right before you want to eat it, or heat it back pre-crafted. Anything can be freezed for 2-3 months, including the white Egg wrap.
