It is a perfect time to do it if you haven't hopped on the meal-prep train. Since I started to cook my food, my days are better and I have also been able to save a lot of money and avoid fast food.
These meals are perfect if you're a beginner or if you want a fast snack with no distractions. They come together for a nice lunch or snack in under 5 minutes.
All begins with a warm tortilla. Whole tortillas of wheat, flour or veggie are great choices, just make sure the tortillas are good. A smooth layer and cream cheese are to be followed. Standard cream cheese, but consider Crystal Farms ® Garden Veggie Cream Cheese if the extra step is to be taken.
A leaf of lettuce, two sleek turkey and two slices of cheddar cheese is then added to the cream cheese and rolled up into a log and divided into pinwheels.
Turkey and Cheese Pinwheels (Meal-Prep Idea)

3 medium soft tortilla 10-12 inch 6 tablespoons Crystal Farms® Garden Veggie Cream Cheese or ranch dressing 6 slices cold cut turkey 6 slices Crystal Farms® Cheese Cheddar Cheese 3 leaf romaine lettuce For meal prepping: 1 cup of your favorite fruit dates, berries or grapes 1 cup or celery or grape tomatoes
- Place on every tortilla a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Top with two slices of turkey and two slices of cheddar cheese, each with a leaf of lettuce.
- Roll in a log securely. Select 5-6 slices for every log. Cover and cool until ready to be served.
- Place 4-5 pinwheels in a container for meal preparation. Add 1/4 cup fruit and 1/4 cup carottes or the vegetables you need. Cover for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
