Well, almost June, hey there! It seems like we have been too quick in the official summer month, but imagine who doesn't plead! Whereas it was practically summer weather here over the year, it means that it is completely appropriate to be on the beach. I can publish countless summer recipes as well!
I need all the apologies that I have to get out of the building. This fractured leg (I'm sorry if any of you have been mistaken, it has not healed yet) put me in a very addictive and pessimistic mood, and I've been looking forward to June for some time. I can't go to the beach water, but it's so helpful just sitting by. I still went to the sea to relax and feel my mood, and I think that's going to be needed more than ever.
Vegetarian Sweet Potato Noodles Stir-Fry

Stir-fry style with a lot of vega! Kicked-up sweet potato noodles! An incredibly simple meal with just 7 ingredients ready in 20 minutes.
Create a vow, fellas. From here on, we eat just orange noodles, since they're the most gorgeous and just the best thing ever.
Ricotta and Spinach Calzones

A cheesy ricotta and organic spinach calzone swap the routine with pizza!
Friday!-Friday! We did it! We did it! Lately, I've been a complete slacker to write – I don't know what happened, but we've unexpectedly got smarter than we've been since we moved to Austin. However, I believe it is fine. Since moving to get comfortable and take a rest, we wanted a little break but now we return to the folly of life and enjoy it! Most of the time, yeah. Not just that I can't talk to you guys for a week, that I find it hard to post those beauties for a few minutes!

Cold Spicy Peanut Sesame Noodles

A little back story about my spicy cold noodles of peanut
I recall my mom and my brother had always given us the coolest lunches when we went to grade school.
I say, it has always been special and diverse.
My mom would go out of the way and make sure our lunches were fun so we would not get bored of them. We didn't have peanut butter and jelly.
For lunch or fried rice, or even a fried sandwich we can have sushi those days.
Hummus Avocado Toast with Toasted Hemp Seeds

Hummus avocado toast allows for a quick and simple breakfast or snack idea. Load up each slice with red onion, cilantro and toasted hemp seeds for extra flavor and crunch.
But I'm definitely not still into the avocado toast thing. I don't know into you. It's just too nice to give up and I love to experiment with multiple ideas.
Today's toast is such a nice combo of hummus avocados. It 's filled with garlicky hummus, smooth avocado, a little red onion, cayenne pepper and sriracha toasted hemp seeds for a spicy crunch.
Roasted Chickpea Gyros

This Roasted Chickpea Gyros is a simple veggy meal for everyone to enjoy on busy weekdays.
I decided to find a way to turn the flavor bombs into a true, sturdy meal after I found and consumed so many chickpeas rost yesterday.
And "food" really means something at this point, which is not just a bowl of roast chickpeas. I guess I'll have to get lenient with what I see as a dinner, as I get closer and closer to transfer and start really whittling away with my pantry collection. But for now I might still justify buying some fresh vegetables and flatbreads to make these vegetarian Roasted Chickpea gyros.
Spinach, Artichoke and Goat Cheese Quiche

This flavored, nutritious pastry quiche recipe made from eggs, artichoken and goat spinach is a tasty breeze at the weekend!
In collaboration with Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, I have produced another recipe, a breakfast or brunch that is enriched by Almondmilk.
A very great quiche is made by my friend Kelley.
First time I ate one of her quiche recipes, we all took something to the potluck party on a nearby bloggingbrunch. I was struck by Kelly's quiche skills instantly, perhaps because I am always pleased by some sort of baked custard. And hers has been tasty.
Thai Peanut Wraps

Nothing fresh can be tried at a late date. I described how I curled only last year in recent blogs. I didn't grow curling. I didn't grow up. Heck, I haven't been up close to ice anywhere. But my wife and I find ourselves walking into our local curling club, and both of us are on the sport. It went well, and we've tried something different. I've got some randomly bad knees and contusions I never had before, admittedly. Nice thing about the curling season. But I'm good to go again in the fall. I'm just going to spend the summer nursing my lesions ...
Have you heard about Ludivine, the bloodhound in Alabama when you were dreaming about doing something new? Her owner let Ludivine take over the company back in January ... and she actually took part in a half-marathon. The run passed the farm where Ludivine was staying, and seemingly she wanted to be in a mood for jogging.
She was not a terribly involved dog for the record. She just saw running people and wanted to participate. And for 13.1 miles she kept driving. At seventh place, Ludivine crossed the line. Not too shabby for a morning jog for a lazy bloodhound. Speak something different about trying!
Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps | Copycat PF Changs

Vegetarian salad wraps for a Large serving of less than 200 calories. It's fast, safe and walking better than the original PF Chang recipe! It's vegan, free of gluten, free of milk, low carb.
If you are a P.F. In Wichita, Kansas, Chang was opened, this was A Huge Deal. New restaurants, especially chains associated with bigger cities, often create a buzz. P.F. P.F. No exception was Chang's. The two hour wait lasted months and our waitress decided on our order of salad wrap when my family eventually secured a seat. She was so right. She was so right.
Your sweet crunch and addiction flavor I do recall. PF Chang serves tasty Asian cuisine, so PF Chang copycat can be found on all the webs. (Mongolian Beef looks incredible, this PF Chang).
Peanut Tofu Buddha Bowl

Tofu Buddha Bowl Peanut! Lunch or without gluten or vegan. The finest in a basic peanut is brown rice, peanut tofu, vegetables and roast broccoli. If you're hunting for a good bowl of Buddha, that's it!
Is there a coma on holiday? Though I and BL came home earlier in the weekend, I feel like I've been in the muddle for the last 48 hours of our journey to New Zealand. A combination of sleeplessness, apathy, exhaustion and curiosity.
Late Friday evening we returned home, with coffee wired and humming after holidays. After 5 episodes of making a murderer (obsessed) with pizza-taking, we accepted sunrise by going to bed finally.
I 'm pleased with these zero disclosure moments. Of course, there are cases to unpack, e-mails that need to be responded to and zillions to do, but right now I just want to relax as gently as possible to the busy pace of life.
Harissa Portobello Mushroom “Tacos”

These harissa tacos are made of greens rather than tortillas! They make your diet safe without gluten and vegan!
I got nicknames on the farmers ' market for all of my favorite friends.
There is Salad Lady, who tells me when I leave the market in a row two weeks ahead of time; the Microgreens Guy who is very enthusiastic about his lovely little greens; Strawberry Lady who always has the most sweet and juicy strawberries on the market; the Salsa Man salsaing to the best reggaeton and tasting the salsa (yes, salsa for his salsa); and the Mushroom Lady offering the best Reggaeton samples. When I move to Sacramento, I'll miss these guys.
A few weekends back, Mushroom Lady took nice items to the store. Like an eternal mariner enthralled by Siren 's songs, two of the largest, most lovely portobellos I have laid eyes on have transfigured my eyes. It was about my head 's height, and it was unbelievable. In a hot second, these portobellos were mine.
