Whole30 Coconut-Crusted Shrimp with Pineapple-Chili Sauce

Only believe that indulging things like cocoa-crusting Shrimp are off limits, because you're in complete 30 mode? You will dig up the delicious sweet-and-sour dipping Sauce in this perfect version.

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp, tails removed
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/2 small fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped

Directions :

  • Unique facilities: 7 6-inch skewers, immersed in wood or bamboo for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the broiler and placed a bakery with a wire rack in order. Thread 3 shrimps and hold them on each of the seven 6-inch sprouts.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix chocolate, lime zest, 1 salt tea and some black pepper grinds. Brush the Shrimp with the Egg white, then click to cover the mixture.   • Mix in a mixer and smooth green cilantro, pumps in red pepper, ginger, Pineapple and lime juice. Serve with the shrimp.
